Return Policy
We sent you everything as you ordered from us, hope you love them as we do. But if you think there’s any mistaken things, we have the 10-day return policy, which means, you have 10 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for the return, the items u received must be in the same condition as it was sent to you: unused, unwashed, with the original tags, in its original packaging, and also we need the receipt or the proof of purchase.
To return the item, firstly contact us at sandbox.bali@gmail.com with the subject: request for return. If your request is accepted, we will instruct you the next step of how and where to send the items back. Package that sent back to us without requesting email first, will not be accepted.

Any shipping return’s cost is at customer expenses, and the original shipping cost in non-refundable.
